This policy explains what Pong Choay La ("the app", "we", "us") does and does not do with your information. The app is developed by Moshe Dimawala-Adormeo, contactable at pilosoponet@gmail.com.

Summary: Pong Choay La is an offline-first arcade game. It does not require an account, does not use analytics or tracking SDKs, and does not collect, transmit, or sell personal data to any server we operate. The only third-party data processing is Google's advertising and consent-management services described below, and only when you choose to watch an optional rewarded advertisement.

Information We Do Not Collect

No account registration, sign-in, or social login.
No personally identifiable information (name, email, phone number) is requested or stored by the app.
No analytics, crash-reporting, or behavioral-tracking SDKs are integrated.
No location data is accessed.

Information Stored On Your Device

The app stores the following only on your own device, using Android/iOS local preferences storage. This data never leaves your device:

Game progress: current run state, lives, score, and round.
High score and settings: sound, haptics, HUD position (top/bottom), tilt steering enabled/disabled, tilt sensitivity, and tilt calibration angle.
Whether you have acknowledged the in-app control instructions.
The local calendar date of your last daily rewarded-ad bonus, so the app can enforce one bonus life per day.

Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage permanently deletes this data. We have no way to recover it, because we never receive a copy of it.

Advertising

Pong Choay La offers one optional rewarded advertisement per calendar day, which grants one bonus life if you choose to watch it in full. There are no banner ads, app-open ads, or forced interstitial ads anywhere in the app.

Rewarded ads are served through Google AdMob. When an ad is requested, Google (and its advertising partners, where consent permits) may process information such as your advertising identifier and general technical/device information to select and serve an ad, in accordance with Google's own privacy policy.

We do not receive any reward, credit, or in-app benefit tied to whether you click an advertisement — only whether you complete watching it to the end, as verified by AdMob's own server-side reward callback.

Consent

Where required by applicable law (for example, under the GDPR in the European Economic Area and UK, or similar regional frameworks), the app uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request your consent before any personalized advertising request is made. You can review or change your advertising consent choices at any time from Settings → Privacy → Review privacy choices inside the app.

If you do not consent, or consent is not required to be shown in your region, the app still functions normally; you simply may not be offered the rewarded ad, or it may be served in a non-personalized form depending on your region and choice.

Children

Pong Choay La is developed as a general-audience title and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us using the details below so we can address it — though as noted above, we do not collect personal information in the first place.

Data Retention and Deletion

Because all app data is stored locally on your device and never transmitted to us, you can delete all app data at any time by uninstalling the app or by clearing its storage/data from your device's app settings. We retain no server-side copy to delete.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes — for example, if a future version adds a new feature that processes data differently — we will update this page and the "Last updated" date above before the change takes effect in a published release.
